NON! Votre souris s'est échappée! Elle aime le silence, mais elle déteste le bruit. Forcez-la dans un coin pour l'attraper! <,>,^,v pour bouger. "M" pour couper la musique. That's it :] ----------------------------CREDITS---------------------------- Yeah, I don't know enough French to do translate the credits :P Made for PGMA S7 R1 based on the theme "The Sound of Silence." Your pet mouse ran away from home in pursuit of relaxing silence, and you take advantage of his distaste of sounds to corner him and catch him. All art, code, music, and most sfx made by me during the jam. Color palette is Pen N Paper by polyphrog on lospec. Traffic sounds and squeak sound from the scratch sound library. Lyrics and singing by yours truly ;] --------------------------------NOTES---------------------------- Since my senior year started at the same time as round 1, I was pretty busy. This was more of an exercise in working economically, rather than a display of everything I can do. That isn't to say I didn't have fun, though, as it feels really satisfying to properly scope a game amidst a hostile schedule. Tried to show ties to France (Ratatouille has forever fashioned France into "the talking rodent country" in my eyes); I even translated my old "Pixel Knights" theme song and reprised it for the intro ;]
