How To Play
PHRR 4001 passes the transition from SERR to PHRR at CP Glen Rio, just east of the town itself. At the NM/TX border, PHRR has ownership of the rails, but SERR is allowed most of the traffic. 4001 was swapped with 6204 and its gondola, and by midnight, 2301's parts donor will arrive at Amarillo.
