Major credit goes to my friend @pinkumbreon for making the original project. :3 Jeff is from Clarence, which is owned by Cartoon Network. This project is based off of the Youtube video "DOG" by 6O163. I fixed the timing a lot, so feel free to use my version if you're a stickler for correctly-timed animation :P (Just remember to also credit @pinkumbreon! ;D)

Press the green flag, ya silly goose. :P ----- So...yeah. Ever since I started watching Clarence, I ended up really, REALLY liking Jeff. I also haven't made a project in a while. Why not make a meme? :P (Well, it's not a full-blown "meme," but I imagine the original video has been copied before.)
