Hooray I got 1.1k followers. Thank you! As a result I just decided to just draw this using the Scratch paint editor. It is a redesign of an old character I made, GaleemDharkonMario. He is holding the Scratch green flag. Credits to Scratch and Nintendo. I used an image of the Super Smash Bros 64 ending with Mario as a reference for this.
