How To Play
Basics: -Troops standing on a province will automatically begin sieging -A Caucus Beli is needed before declaring war (Use the 'Fabricate Claim' button to get a Caucus Beli) Instructions/Tips: -You need to fabricate a claim on a province before declaring war -Going over 25 Infamy will cause a COALITION to form (Infamy is shown on the tab with the red flag icon) -AI will only accept alliances on friendly relations -You need to siege down a province during the war to take it. If you don't siege it down you won't get it after the war ends -Don't be afraid to retreat, if you're sure you'll lose a battle retreating is always an option -Taxes increase poverty -Tariffs decrease the amount of consumer goods you get, but increase your income -Consumer goods help to increase your population -Slavery causes unrest -Taxes cause unrest Government: -Republics can manually hold elections less often -Republics get more immigration -Liberal governments get more immigration -Conservative and Nationalist governments recover manpower quicker -Communist and Socialist governments increase tax income
